Community colleges and high schools would receive up to %50 million a year to create free, online courses in a program being drafted by the Obama administration.
The program would help community colleges provide more skills training and education to those leaving high school without a diploma and those who have no college education. In addition to free online courses, the program would provide $9 billion over ten years to help community colleges develop better job training programs, and a $10 billion loan fund for facility improvements.
