Chris, Love the video. You are much more animated in this video than on the podcast!
I like your perspective on breaking down each source into actual ROI. I think it is important to focus on which platform is right your your business and not waste time on things that aren’t bringing any tangible results.
That being said, I still think there are intangible branding benefits from leveraging social media outlets that are valuable. How valuable though…that is the question.

Of that discussion came the decision to do the presentation on how to determine the ROI of social media. Figuring out social media ROI continues to be a very hot topic not only for the social media.
