		<description><![CDATA[Reading an article about a student suing her former school this week reminded  me of a woman who spilled hot coffee on her lap and then sued McDonald&#8217;s for  the coffee being too hot years ago. We have become a sue first ask questions later kind of  society.  Doesn&#8217;t anyone take personal responsibility anymore?  The jobless graduate in question filed a complaint with her school accusing them  of being responsible for her inability to find work and is seeking $70,000 in tuition retribution
